Cyber Care offer services by Partner / Agency where additional rules and policy applied by respective partner / agency as per respective service providers. Partner / Agency offer addition service to users as required over territory for suitable, reliable and effective solution.

Applicable Taxation

Cyber Care operate globally and offer service offer beyond borders where different type of taxes applied over country and regional location. Taxation is a vital means by which companies contribute to societies around the world. We ensure transparent taxation and non-discriminatory, so that the benefits of tax reflect society. Taxation policy review and update occasionally by board as per service country tax policy and execution.

• Cyber Care offer tax benefits or benefits as per global tax rules applicable to end user (Individual / agency).
• Cyber Care collect applicable tax as per service county policy and redirect to relevant tax authority /body directly.
• Cyber Care unable to refund tax applicable tax in case of cancellation of requested service till get back tax amount from authority.

Certificate Policy

Cyber Care to be considered attempt exam without attending training with 2 years or more work experience in the same domain. Certification policy review and update by Cyber Care occasionally as required. For further query communicate with representative.

• Eligibility of Applicant for certification will review by board member/ team and decision will final.
• Exam will conduct, applicant nearest affiliated partner center  office as directed by the council.
• Certification fee is directly payable to Cyber Care and this fee is non-refundable.
• Certification fee is valid for single attempt of examination, no further claim will process for another attempt.
